ULTRASONIC CLEANING

What is Ultrasonic Cleaning?

Ultrasonic cleaning involves using sound waves through water in order to create microscopic bubbles which get into all the hard to reach areas of an object and remove contamination and dirt, such as grease, grime and oil. Ultrasonic cleaning is effective on almost any object provided it can be submerged without sustaining damage.

Uses for Ultrasonic Cleaning

Ultrasonic Cleaning can be used on items such as delicate engine parts like carburettors to remove oil and other stubborn contaminants that may stop paint and other coatings from adhering to finished products, whilst also increasing the performance and aesthetics of a component. Some examples of items Ultrasonic Cleaning could be used on include, but are not limited to; car or motor cycle parts, jewellery or watches, precision instruments.
